Start by filling out the Form VI under the BIS Scheme. This includes all product and company details.

BIS will send an officer to your site (factory or warehouse) for inspection. They will check your production setup and how you maintain quality.
If everything checks out, you will get a Standard Mark License. This is valid for two years, and you must renew it before expiry.
