CAPEXIL Membership Registration or RCMC

Documents Required for CAPEXIL Certificate

• GSTIN Certificate
• Self-certified copy of PAN Number
•  Self-certified copy of IEC Certificate
• Scanned copy of the Export House Certificate, if applicable
• Scanned copy of Cancelled Cheque with Bank Name and Account Number
• CA Certificate of Export Performance with respect to CAPEXIL’s items for the last two years
• Manufacturing Certificate, Industrial License, Udyog Aadhar Number, IEM Certificate, SSI Certificate, Mining Lease, Quarry Lease, Green card
• Self- Certified copy of “Self-declaring that the organization is not blacklisted by any Government Department or Government organization

Registration Process of CAPEXIL Certificate

Step 1: Eligibility Check:  Ensure that your business falls within the scope of CAPEXIL's coverage, which includes chemical and allied industries.

Step 2: Submission of Documents: Provide the necessary supporting documents, which may include details of your company's registration, financial statements, export performance, and other relevant information.

Step 3: Payment of Fee: Pay the prescribed membership fee. The fee structure may vary based on the category of membership and the size of the business.

Step 4: Review of Application: Submit the completed application along with the required documents and fees to CAPEXIL for review. The council will assess the application based on its eligibility criteria.

Step 5: Approval and Membership Issuance: Upon successful review, CAPEXIL will approve the membership. You will then receive a membership certificate and other relevant documents.

Step 6: Access to Benefits: Once approved, your company gains access to the various benefits and services offered by CAPEXIL, such as market research, export promotion activities, and networking opportunities.

Notes:

• PAC for MSME and Large Manufacturer-Exporters is valid for up to 2 years, expiring on March 31st or earlier.
• PAC for Merchant-Exporters is valid for up to 1 year and depends on the validity of the PAC of the supporting manufacturer.
• MSME units are those with original investment in plant and machinery of less than ₹5 Crores. Please submit an investment certificate from a Chartered Accountant.
