Since DGFT's Trade Notice No. 35/2021-22 (February 2022), all applications use the centralised e-RCMC portal at dgft.gov.in. This applies to all EPCs across India including applications from Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and Faridabad.

  • Use DGFT Appendix 2T to match your main export product

  • Confirm IEC is active and business details are current on dgft.gov.in

  • Use IEC-linked credentials at dgft.gov.in

  • Select "Apply for RCMC" and choose your EPC

  • Enter business details, mainstream export activity, product category

  • Pay through DGFT payment gateway UPI, net banking, or card

  • Use DSC or Aadhaar OTP-based e-signature
