Online Registration Process of PSARA in Uttar Pradesh

Step 1: Check Your Elligibility:

An applicant must be an Indian citizen and not have any criminal background.

Step 2: Company Registration:

Register a Proprietorship, partnership, LLP, OPC, HUF, Private Limited Company or Public limited Company. 

Step 3: MOU of Training Institutions:

Sign a Memorandum of Understanding with PSARA-affiliated training institutions to provide training to security guards.

Step 4: Prepare Application:

Prepare and submit all forms and formats along  with mandatory documents like COI, MOA, AOA, partnership Deed, Electricity Bill, GST, MSME, PAN, EPF, ESIC, etc. 

Step 5: Police Verification:

The local police department will verify the applicant's character and criminal background; later, they will issue an NOC if everything has gone well. 

Step 6:Vertificate from PSARA Department:

The Controlling authority will verify the submitted application, premises and record of security guard training or other related documents. 

Step 7: Grant of PSARA License:

You will get a license upon successful verification and approval from PSARA department. license will be valid for 5 years.

2. For 2 to 5 District of UP, fee will be Rs. 10,000
3. For more than 5 district or entire state, the application fee will be Rs. 25,000
